Yes! We can start exactly where you are at with movement. There are bountiful ways to break movements down and get started with this type of training.
All ages! The kettlebell can bring benefit to all who use them.
I have been using kettlebells as my main training modality and have seen huge amounts of improvement in my mobility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. I have lost fat and gained a nice amount of muscle in the process as well. All of this while having the best time as you can create new movements, flows, dial in the basics and enjoy it all.
