The Cave offers what I like to call Legitimate Good Times. A small mobile studio with a host of kettlebells. Want to learn kettlebells with your friends/family? I can provide training sessions at a location of your choosing.  I am a kettlebell enthuasiast, StrongFirst Certified Instructor and have a real passion for sharing and teaching this unconventional training modality.

A variety of classes for all levels held in the outdoors of beautiful Southwest Colorado. Experience something new, start moving better and getting stronger while having a blast with our collective sessions. Rather work one on one? I offer in-person and virtual training and a hybrid model of both. Custom Programming available with a specialty in kettlebells and bodyweight.

Why Outdoors?

Training outdoors provides benefits not available to us with traditional indoor training, providing us with an abundance of Vitamin D. Studies have shown increased levels of seratonin from even a few minutes spent outdoors which can lead to improved sleep and mood. 

 

Move better, increase strength, balance and cardiovascular health.. all while having a blast training with Kettlebells.

    Club Swinging has been around for centuries and provides us with many benefits from joint health to creating neural pathways (learning sequences and patterns) and can be a great stress reliever. Contact me for one-on-one training or join in on one of my workshops! I provide all clubs.
